Senior Vice President, POM Product Management

With limited guidance, contributes to product development and strategy for moderately-sized product of limited complexity or small, non-complex products. Supports more experienced colleagues with relevant competitive, market and financial analysis to gain breadth of knowledge in relevant platforms, products and services. Extensive experience and deep expertise in product management. Ability to lead complex and strategically important product initiatives. Exceptional skills in cross-functional leadership and influence. Strategic vision combined with strong operational execution skills. Product launch and go to market strategy
Primary responsibilities include: Driving the development of key products and solutions with significant impact. Serving as a thought leader and expert within the product management team and across the organization. Collaborating closely with VP Product Managers and Directors to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy. Influencing product direction at a strategic level, often working on products that are critical to the business or are highly innovative.
Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. Bachelors degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment. Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred. Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision. Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds. Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
