Business Development Trainee

We re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join Hacken as a Business Development Trainee. This hands-on opportunity will provide direct exposure to real-world business development strategy and operations, with a focus on the UAE and the broader MENA region.

You ll work closely with our Chief Growth Officer, participating in strategic partnership discussions and helping drive business initiatives. Our goal is to help you grow into a self-sufficient BD professional.

What you will Learn:

• How to build and manage partnerships in a high-growth tech company.
• BD lifecycle fundamentals: from lead gen to closing.
• Working with UAE free zones, regulators, and large clients.
• How to navigate business in the Web3 and cybersecurity space.
• Building a strategic network in the MENA region.

• Support daily business development operations and outreach activities.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends and competitors.
• Help maintain our CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Join meetings, take notes, and manage action items.
• Support event planning and networking efforts.
• Shadow the CGO and contribute to strategic initiatives
