About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHR Traineeto join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling core HR functions and a passion for managing people processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Support in payroll preparation and attendance management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Address day-to-day employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-9 month of HR experience (preferably in recruitment and employee engagement).
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools/software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, organized, and detail oriented.
