Job Description
- You are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Executive to join the team. Your role will involve developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost objectives, sourcing and finalizing vendors/suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of materials, conducting market research, maintaining strong vendor relationships, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, analyzing data for cost optimization, and collaborating with various teams for streamlined procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for materials, services, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid delays in project schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and alternatives.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and create a reliable supplier network.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with design, projects, and finance teams to streamline procurement processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and contracts.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior fit-out / construction / turnkey projects.
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end procurement.
