Job Description
Malayalam language is mandatory
-Make regular follow-up calls to drivers
-Follow up on rental fee payment weekly basis
-Provide guidance and assistance to help drivers increase their earnings
-Monitor and manage the fleet management portal, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
-Onboarding and training for new drivers
(Additionally, besides the works listed above, we may assign you some other works, as we are in the setup phase.)
Must Have
English
Malayalam
Graduated university
Ability to commute to the Koramangala office
Basic PC skills (We mainly use Google Workplace)
Nice to Have
Good communication skills
Taxi driver experiences
Taxi fleet experience
Good Drving Skills
Knowledge of vehicle
