Invoice Control Officer

I’m currently assisting an International Shipping and Chartering company with their search for an Invoice Control Officer.

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Director and working in a well – established team. This role holds responsibility for the control of data input by the trading desks against relevant documents to ensure all accounting entries are duly supported.

Invoice Controls’ key responsibilities include registration of all incoming invoices, checking payments of all invoices, ensuring VAT compliance and preparing /providing management with accurate reports.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelors’ in Accounting and Finance related subjects, any additional certificates or degrees are and asset (ACCA, CPA, CFA etc.).

Candidate must haves:

- 5- 6 years’ experience in Invoice Control / Accounts Payable role.

• Experience using SAP.

• French, Arabic, skills are a plus, not mandatory.
