Position: General Manager / Deputy General Manager Supply Chain Management
Location: Nagpur
Reporting To: Head Supply Chain
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain

Experience: 10-14 years in Planning and Logistics, preferably in FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain functions: Demand Planning, Warehousing, Distribution, and Logistics.
- Drive monthly S&OP and long-term capacity planning.
- Optimize supply chain network; ensure efficient production and dispatch planning.
- Manage Pan India warehousing operations with understanding of WMS/ASRS systems.
- Interface between Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to minimize stock-outs and inventory costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, and Depots for seamless FG movement.
