BI Specialist

The Opportunity:
Our Client is looking for a focused and insightful Specialist Business Intelligence to support its operational strategy and enhance overall business efficiency via BI-driven market research, trend analysis and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Specialist - Business intelligence in our team, you will be responsible for managing the analytical data platform to create business solutions, overseeing the implementation of the systems and also the ongoing maintenance of those solutions.
Functional

• You are responsible to Develop and manage BI solutions.
• You will develop standard reports and functional dashboards as per the requirement.
• 
  You are responsible Collaborate with business users and understand their requirement.
• You are responsible to review and validate customer data as it’s collected.
• You are responsible for the maintenance of the Dashboards and reports.
• You are responsible for the maintenance and support of data analytic platforms.
• You are responsible to coordinate with Data / Business Analysts, and customer to develop both business requirements and specifications documents.
• You are flexible, travelling to customer sites when needed. Joining the on-call engineer rotation to provide off-hours support for critical service issues.
• You are resourceful, identifying and implementing workarounds for customer incidents.
• You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment that expands to include various geographic locations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of practical knowledge in creating application and business solutions on the data analytical tool (Kibana, Tableau, or other equivalent tools).
• 1+ years of Kibana Knowledge is must.
• 2+ years of Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
