Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

The company supports public and private sector entities by delivering secure, compliant, and future-ready platforms that strengthen the financial ecosystem and accelerate digital transformation. They are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their expanding team.Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital and fintech projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams-including engineering, product, business analysis, and vendors-to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee infrastructure and software development lifecycles across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Translate business and product requirements into actionable project plans, technical tasks, and deliverables.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and adoption of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects within digital, payments, or financial technology environments.
• Strong background in both infrastructure and software development project delivery.
• Professional certification such as PMPregistered, Agile, or an equivalent project management credential.
• Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory, security, and data-privacy standards in technology-driven environments.
