Job Description

    You should have at least 2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and cold calling, particularly in international markets. Your main responsibilities will include making 200-250 outbound calls daily to establish leads and nurture relationships with overseas clients. You will be expected to identify and focus on potential customers in international markets, engage in cold calling to create sales opportunities, and convert leads into actual sales.
    Understanding the needs of clients and recommending suitable products or services will be crucial. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's expansion in global markets are key goals. It will also be your responsibility to keep customer databases up to date with accurate information. Collaboration with the sales team to devise and execute effective strategies for market penetration is essential.

    Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of calls. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously are also important qualities. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software would be advantageous.,
