We are looking for a data-driven marketer to scale our website revenue and optimize the digital customer journey.

Role Overview

You will be the primary owner ofHancockFashion.com, responsible for bothmanagingthe platforms efficiency andpromotingit to drive high-quality traffic and sales. This role bridges technical website management with high-performance growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management & Optimization:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Shopify/e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless navigation and mobile responsiveness.
  • ExecuteConversion Rate Optimization (CRO)through A/B testing on landing pages and product displays to reduce drop-offs.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and seasonal promotions to ensure a fresh and accurate storefront.
  • High-Efficiency Promotion:
  • Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns onMeta (Instagram/FB)andGoogle Adswith a strict focus on ROAS and CAC.
  • Drive organic growth throughSEO strategies(technical and on-page) and content marketing focused on professional style trends.
  • Develop retention funnels usingEmail and WhatsApp marketingto increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Data & Analytics:
  • Monitor site performance usingGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4)and Meta Pixel to derive actionable growth insights.

  • Prepare weekly performance dashboards highlighting key metrics: Traffic, CVR, AOV, and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 35 years in E-commerce or Performance Marketing, preferably within theFashion/D2C sector.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency inShopify, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and GA4 is mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, creative eye for fashion aesthetics, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
