Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Architect with extensive experience in insurance transformation, specifically in life or general insurance (GI). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and technology management, enabling them to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives within the insurance sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology solutions with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital architecture solutions that support the transformation of insurance processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer experience.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards in technology management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technical teams.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on architectural decisions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.

• Proven experience in architecture and technology management within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation processes and methodologies.
• Experience with life insurance or general insurance (GI) systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications in architecture or technology management is a plus.
• 10-13 years of experience in digital architecture, with a focus on the insurance industry.
