Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner with a strong background in Product Management to lead the development and integration of AI solutions within our digital programs in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem, hands-on experience in writing AI requirements, and a proven track record of managing product journeys in large-scale digital initiatives. Experience in bancassurance and regional APAC markets will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality AI products.
• Write clear and concise AI requirements and user stories that guide the development process.
• Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
• 
  Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Product Management knowledge with a focus on AI products.
• Hands-on experience as an AI Product Owner.
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem.
• Proven ability to write AI requirements and user stories.
• Experience with AI integrations in large digital programs.
• Strong understanding of product journeys in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bancassurance.
• Regional experience in the APAC market.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; a Masters degree is a plus.
• 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and digital solutions.
