What you will be doing:
Work with engineering and product teams on designing, building, and deploying data analysis structures and processes for large data sets.
Develop metrics and prototypes that can be used to drive business decisions
Obtain a deep understanding of the business drivers through data exploration, and make - recommendations to optimize performance and deepen our understanding of customer behaviors
You would be a key link between the product and CSM teams and would be in charge of product uptake and advocacy using data
You get to work closely with Business heads and present key business metrics such as Product, CSM which means you need to be comfortable with numbers, graphs, and other data visualization tools
You will probably work on Excel, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Build analytics dashboards, reports that enable the business stakeholders to take real-time and strategic decisions
Build reliable data products which are used by the entire organization for getting descriptive analytics.
Act as BI enablers for deriving day-to-day business performance metrics and enabling analytics via derived tables and creating a data knowledge base
Create and maintain a central data knowledge repository
Maintaining a source of truth for data
Create algorithms to extract information from large data sets.

What are we Looking for :
Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations with 2+ yrs experience with real data and business
Has strong prior experience in using dashboarding tools (ex: tableau, powerBI, Redash, micro strategy, Metabase etc.)
Extensive experience solving analytical problems using statistical approaches (e.g. A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
Experience in data visualization and presentation.
Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs clearly and compellingly verbally and in written form.
Nice to have experience working with big data relevant technologies
