Position OverviewThe Media Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Hari Krishna Exports brand visibility and digital communication strategy across all global platforms. The position focuses on conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing marketing and promotional campaigns through strategic use of media, digital channels, and corporate communication platforms.
The role demands a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, luxury positioning, and digital marketing performance. The incumbent will ensure that all external and internal media communications reflect the companys prestige, values, and commitment to excellence in the global diamond industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Communication & Brand Promotion
- Develop and implement media and marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility across domestic and international markets.
- Oversee conceptualization and execution of promotional campaigns for diamond collections, trade shows, CSR initiatives, and corporate milestones.
- Ensure alignment of all media and promotional activities with the brands luxury positioning and communication guidelines.
- Supervise the overall presence of Hari Krishna Exports across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and industry-specific channels.
- Plan and monitor digital content calendars, ensuring consistent engagement and timely updates.
- Develop strategies for lead generation through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen online brand visibility and follower base.
- Oversee conceptualization and design of email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional mailers for various target audiences (B2B clients, partners, and stakeholders).
- Ensure precision in content, design, and delivery to maintain premium communication standards.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for impactful campaign creation and performance tracking.
- Coordinate brand communication for global trade shows and exhibitions, including pre-event digital campaigns, live promotions, and post-event engagement.
- Ensure media presence, brand representation, and effective storytelling during major events and product launches.
- Oversee creation and approval of marketing collaterals such as product mailers, brochures, digital banners, and videos aligned with brand tone and standards.
- Maintain an organized media repository for ongoing and future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather stories and highlights that showcase the companys innovation, culture, and achievements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Marketing, Social Media, and the foundation to synchronize campaign objectives.
- Manage external media, PR, and digital agencies to ensure timely execution and quality output.
- Track performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, reach, and ROI.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Management, or related field.
- Experience:3-5 years in marketing communications, brand management, or media operations, preferably within the luxury, diamond, or jewelry industry.

- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in campaign management tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with creative coordination and performance tracking tools.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on marketing and digital execution ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
