: Legal Associate-Advocate (Real Estate)

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our in-house legal team. You will be responsible for safeguarding the firms interests by managing property title due diligence, ensuring strict RERA compliance, and drafting high-stakes commercial and residential agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Title Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive title searches and vetting of revenue records to ensure properties are clear of encumbrances.
• 
  Drafting & Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Agreements for Sale, Lease Deeds, and vendor contracts.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage all RERA registrations, quarterly filings, and ensure project advertisements meet legal standards.
• Liaison: Coordinate with government authorities and municipal bodies for building sanctions, OCs, and CCs.
• Litigation Support: Brief external counsel and prepare drafts for consumer court cases and property disputes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-15 years of experience as an Advocate or Lawyer with a strong background in drafting, legal documentation, law, and litigation.
  
• LLB degree from a recognized university with specialization in any field (preferably).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and review.
