Job Summary

To establish and drive life insurance business and improve share of business, will be responsible for PBT of company to meet top line and bottom-line targets, create agency business vertical by recruiting and driving business PAN India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Should be able to develop multiple products of life to achieve set growth percentages (overall agency, B2B & B2C)
2. Lead, motivate and engage agents / build a high-performance team for Life.
3. Hold regular team reviews to improve performance. (To train the staff in the insurance selling skills andprocesses. Prepare and present the sales illustrations to the prospective client and explain the policy).
   
4. Should be Tech-savvy in life products and supporting IT requirement, testing & deployment.
5. Good sales negotiations, market information, competitor mapping on pricing, to ensure complaints are minimal and are resolved within the time periods.
6. Focus on improving and maintaining good renewal ratios, operational efficiency, and customer support.
7. Look for new avenues of business and new markets for business expansion and revenue generation.
8. Build a strong pipeline of in achieving the set targets and plan for future business with resources planning.
9. Should Prepare and present management presentations with plans & Actual based on market potential.

10. Drive strategic initiatives successfully across the channel.

Qualification: Any degree

Experience: 8-10 years as a life experience manager, preferably with insurance/ broking background

Functional Competencies:

Ensure 100% IRDA compliance and adhere to SOPs, with BQP Life certification.

Behavioral Competencies

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, Keen on analytical and research abilities as well.
