• Must have significant knowledge & practical experience of High Voltage Electronic Charging systems
• Must have significant knowledge & practical experience of the software development processes
• Project management, Leadership and planning skills are essential, along with good teamwork and excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Strategic thinking is also essential.
• Significant experience of D&R, Quality processes including 8D, FMA process as well as requirements and standards writing.
• Driving Licence
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Systems)

• Cascade global Voice of the Customer targets, requirements and their test cases to Powerpack (Systems Integration), High Voltage Charging Conductive Path and Charging System Design Teams
• The High Voltage Charging teams (system design and conductive path) is responsible for the design and advanced development &/or selection of charging components with the guidance and direction from the Charging Attributes Team for our electrification programmes
• The High Voltage Charging Features Engineer will be a key role in development of future vehicles programs.
• Lead initial Ideas Phase followed by the process to design Charging Features involving the integration of multiple software and electronics hardware-based functions and be responsible for the process to conduct benchmarking, explore ideas, create Use Cases
• Requirements to support integrating these functions into High Voltage (HV) charging systems. These Requirements shall be supported by Test Plans, Executions and Cases.
