Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for daily sales engineering activities, providing technical support, and managing customer service inquiries. The role involves identifying customer needs, preparing and delivering technical presentations, creating proposals, and closing sales. The engineer will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to provide knowledgeable support and solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales strategy, sales management, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering
- Experience in Solution sales with good technical knowledge of Low Voltage / Power Quality offers
- Sales experience of low voltage switchgear panels is a must
- Must have a strong customer base with proven track record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sales Strategy Development and Sales Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
- Highly Customer Oriented with a strong sales drive
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
