Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate Full Stack Developers (Freshers & Experienced) to join our growing Product Development team. The ideal candidate will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Freshers with strong programming fundamentals are encouraged to apply, while experienced professionals should possess hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and cross-browser compatible frontend interfaces
• Develop scalable and secure backend services and RESTful APIs
• Implement business logic and integrate frontend applications with backend services
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and logging
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Perform unit, integration, functional, and regression testing
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend, backend, database, and integration issues
• Optimize application performance, API response times, database queries, and frontend performance
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, product, and other development teams
• Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding and development best practices
• Maintain technical and API documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• For experienced developers, contribute to technical architecture, scalability, design decisions, and mentoring junior developers
  

For Freshers

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong programming fundamentals and willingness to work across both frontend and backend technologies
• Knowledge of at least one frontend technology such as:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and modern web development concepts
  
• Knowledge of at least one backend technology such as: Java / Spring Boot, C# / .NET, Python, Node.js
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and common programming concepts
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and web application architecture
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
• Understanding of database tables, relationships, joins, indexes, and basic queries
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control
• Understanding of SDLC and software development practices
• Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security is an advantage
• Familiarity with responsive web design and browser compatibility is an advantage
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Candidates with academic projects, internships, GitHub projects, or personal full-stack applications are encouraged to apply
  

For Experienced Candidates

• 2–6 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Strong experience developing both frontend and backend web applications
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong programming experience in one or more backend technologies such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, Node.js, or PHP
• Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, state management, and application performance
• Strong experience with SQL databases and database design
• Experience with SQL query optimization, indexing, transactions, and database performance tuning
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and error handling
• Experience developing responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development practices
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving application and production issues
• Good understanding of web application security and secure coding practices
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with healthcare applications, EHR/EMR systems, medical billing, insurance, or healthcare workflows is an added advantage
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR is an added advantage
• Experience working with applications requiring strong data privacy, security, reliability, and scalability is a plus
