We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial planning within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete finance function including General Ledger, Journal Entries, P&L, and Cash Flow management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Taxation & Compliance:

• Strong hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation
• Manage GST filings, TDS compliance, and statutory requirements

• Knowledge of Labour Welfare Fund (LWF / MLWF) is good to have
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements

Key Requirements:

• 10–12 years of relevant finance experience (mandatory)
• Prior experience working with IT / ITES / Technology companies
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Ability to independently manage finance operations
