Job Title: Freelance IT Recruiter (Domestic Staffing) (Remote, Work from Home), 5 Days a Week

Location: Permanent Remote

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

Compensation: Commission/Profit Sharing Basis only after successful placement or joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and post-offer follow-ups.
• Achieve delivery deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in the recruitment process.
• Use ATS tools, preferably Ceipal, to manage candidates, generate reports.
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.

  Must have a laptop and a stable broadband internet connection.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
