Job description

1. Server Monitoring daily and weekly reports of all servers.
2. Manage Network (including backup, security management, user account management, email systems including an outlook Exchange email server, Internet access, office systems, and application support).
3. Install, configure, and maintain workstations, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrade and configure modems, disk drives, data acquisition boards, CPU units, printers, and related equipment.
4. Supports server, network, and desktop hardware, software, and applications.
5. Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
6. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, and other electronic mediums.

1. Basic installation, server security, server monitoring
2. In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server & Linux). Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Documentation and Reporting, Cloud Administrators AWA & Azure, Citrix.
3. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), Office 365 email service.
4. Windows Certified Engineer Preferred
