Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning experiences on our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in instructional design, learning technologies, and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to enhance learning outcomes and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Design
Design and implement end-to-end digital learning strategies.
2. AI-Driven Learning Innovation
Integrate AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT into content development and delivery
Automate content creation, assessments, and learner feedback
Experiment with AI-powered tutors, chatbots, and recommendation systems
3. Platform & Content Management
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
Oversee course lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and updates
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), designers, and tech teams
Train internal teams on digital learning tools and AI usage.
