Assoc Project Manager

Hasbro is looking for a Associate Project Manager to join our team in India. We are looking for a creative and ambitious individual who is experienced in project management and who is capable of supervising project progress and providing support where necessary.
This role is based in our Pune office.
What Youll Do:

• Assist Manager on Project Management in monitoring the development & delivery within the product life cycle of global product lines to manage resources and identify, monitor and mitigate risks; and to ensure projects are executed and completed on time, within budget and within scope.
• Work with the all relevant stakeholders from various disciplines and external partners to follow up to ensure project are within scope and on track and plan solutions when needed for achieving the targets. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, ensure resource availability and allocation; and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
• Act as the communication hub for all development & delivery information with inside & outside stakeholders.
• Maintain, and continuously improve milestone / Highlight / Management reports and ensure data is accurate in informational systems.
• Documents important decisions and follows up to ensure the decision was implemented. Creates and effectively uses gate review documents.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Coordinate & participate to Topline milestone meetings / Team reviews and drive the team to resolve issues raised in the meetings.
• Work closely with vendor project teams, Hasbro planning / QA / legal partners to meet or exceed deliverables.
  

What Youll Bring:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, with experiences in project management in multinational firms.
• A solid individual contributor in a related professional field.
• Degree holder, ideally in Engineering, Project Management or Business.
• Able to handle projects independently to manage resources and identify, monitor and mitigate risks.
• Good project management knowledge (PMBOK principles).
• Exposure to product development processes.
• Exposure to market requirements/standards.
• Exposure to Packaging standards.
• Exposure to Logistics.
• Fluency in English.
