Job Description

    As a Machine Learning Engineer at Hashtag Infosystem, you will be responsible for designing machine learning systems, researching and implementing machine learning algorithms and tools, and managing research and development processes to align with our AI strategy. You will play a crucial role in developing machine learning applications according to project requirements and business goals. Your expertise will be utilized in conducting machine learning tests and statistical analysis to optimize the performance of machine learning systems.

    Your role will involve selecting appropriate datasets and data representation methods, extending existing machine learning libraries and frameworks, and ensuring that systems are trained and retrained as needed. Collaboration with engineering and leadership teams will be essential as you contribute to the design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights and guidance to leaders on technology, strategy, and policy matters related to AI/ML.
    To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning. Proficiency in deep learning, NLP, and TensorFlow is required, along with the ability to write robust code in Python, Java, and/or R. Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations will be beneficial. A solid understanding of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture is essential.

    Your knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms will be put to use, along with familiarity with machine learning frameworks like Keras and PyTorch, and libraries such as scikit-learn.
