Position: AM- Finance & Accounts

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6-7 yrs

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Management Information Systems (MIS):

• Develop and maintain MIS reports to support decision-making processes.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the MIS system.
• Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize financial software and systems.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to analyze and present financial data.
• Develop and automate financial models and reports using Excel and AI tools.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and financial technology.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to gather and analyse financial information.
• Provide training and support to team members on Excel and AI tools.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A masters degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in service Industry. 5-6 years of working experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies in a financial context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.
