Role overview

Were looking for an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverages Manager to run our F&B operations end-to-end restaurant, in-house dining, banquets and room service. Youll be responsible for service standards, team leadership, vendor relationships, cost control, and ensuring our guests leave happier than they arrived.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations: restaurant, room service, banquets, and banqueting setups.
• Lead, train and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, courteous service.
• Ensure high standards of food presentation, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, procurement and vendor relationships; control food cost and wastage.
• Plan menus with the chef and assist in seasonal / promotional menu rollouts.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Coordinate with front office and housekeeping for smooth guest experiences.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, costs, and team performance.

Must-have (essential)

• 1+ years experience in F&B management (hotels, large restaurants, or hospitality chains).
• Strong team-leadership and guest-service skills.
• Practical knowledge of inventory, costing and vendor negotiations.
• Good communication skills and basic reporting ability.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays).

Nice-to-have

• Experience with banquet and events management.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic F&B analytics.
