Manager - Institutional Sales & Asset Management

A leading UAE bank's Asset Management division is growing its Institutional team in Dubai, and are looking for an experienced investment professional to join as a trusted product and portfolio professional for the bank's existing institutional client base.

You'll partner closely with Relationship Managers to support the Bank's existing corporate clients — presenting and discussing the full suite of investment solutions (equities, fixed income, real estate, private credit and more) and helping clients navigate their options with genuine technical depth. The focus of this role is on deepening relationships with clients the Bank already has, acting as the investment expert alongside the RM rather than running client relationships yourself.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Private Banking or Asset Management
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics
• Strong investment background with the technical grounding to hold a genuine product conversation across asset classes
• UAE-based / regionally experienced, with a strong understanding of the local market and client culture
• A collaborative team player — this is a small, close-knit team building something new, so an open, flexible mindset matters as much as technical skill
