Job Description
- As a Physiotherapist, your role involves conducting new patient assessments, devising personalized care plans, and conducting regular follow-ups. You will be responsible for aiding accident victims, medical patients, and individuals with chronic disabilities in enhancing their physical well-being through the implementation and supervision of customized treatment plans. Monitoring patients" health progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Your goal will be to assist patients in maintaining or regaining flexibility, strength, and range of motion by utilizing techniques such as movement and exercise, manual therapy, education, and advice.
Furthermore, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health of individuals across all age groups by aiding them in pain management and disease prevention. Keeping electronic medical records updated and sharing them with relevant specialties or the Head of Department when required is also part of your duties. It is essential for you to continuously enhance your knowledge and practical skills in the rehabilitation field and contribute to the development of assessment and management protocols. Additionally, training the customer care and sales teams regarding products and assisting in the standardization of treatment and assessment protocols are integral components of your role.
In the domain of Physiotherapy, it is imperative that you exhibit a willingness to work in a Home Care environment and focus on restoring physical function while being attentive to patients" needs and disabilities. Exceptional communication and motivational skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients. Your objective should be to make a positive impact on preventing acute events and supporting individuals in living independently through interventions aimed at enhancing balance, strength, coordination, and overall function. Being physically fit to demonstrate treatment activities and possessing strong organizational skills are key attributes for success in this role.

Moreover, having expertise in areas such as pain management, sports injury management, paediatric therapy, post-operative therapy, arthritis management, neurology, or posture correction is advantageous. You will be addressing conditions like back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, arthritic pain, slipped disc, and various sprains to improve the overall patient experience. By focusing on stroke patients" physical function recovery through low-risk activities, you can significantly enhance patient satisfaction. Your service should aim to reduce the risk of poor health outcomes and enhance daily living and personal activities. Effective communication, negotiation, and convincing skills will be instrumental in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
