Key Areas of ResponsibilityAs a Founder&aposs Office Intern, you will be an integral part of our core team, contributing to key strategic initiatives and business operations. Your work will span a variety of functions, including:
- Strategic Market Research and Analytics: Conduct in-depth market analysis, identify emerging trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy.
- Business Development and Solutions: Address target market problems by designing and developing suitable solutions, contributing to product-market fit.
- Policy and Process Design: Help create and implement internal policies, standard operating procedures, and business process improvements.
- Branding and Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors, helping to refine our brand identity and market positioning.
- Financial Management: Gain exposure to bootstrapping, fundraising, budgeting, and financial administration, including accounting and expense management.
- HR and People Operations: Assist with people inclusion, onboarding, and deployment processes, including drafting essential business documentation like internship offers and onboarding materials.
- Business Governance and Compliance: Learn about the legal and regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance and drafting agreements, MOUs, and contracts.
- Product Management and Growth: Contribute to product lifecycle management and strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Participate in sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and business development efforts.

Upon successful completion of the full 6-month term, you will receive a formal Letter of Recommendation and a Certificate of Internship. Furthermore, you will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the Top Executive or General Manager level. The annual compensation for this role (as of August 2027) will be in line with the Government of India&aposs 8th pay scales, with total annual benefits and compensation not less than ?10,80,000 per year.
