ob Title: Assistant Retail Manager PAN India
Department: Retail Sales & Operations
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Reporting To: Retail Head / Business Head
Company: HCI Wellness (Massage Chairs & Massagers Division)
Job Overview:
The Assistant Retail Manager will be responsible for driving retail sales growth, managing operations, and ensuring excellence across HCIs Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) formats in Shoppers Stop and other modern retail locations across India. The role involves close coordination with store teams, channel partners, and internal departments to enhance customer experience, achieve sales targets, and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales & Business Development
Drive retail sales across all HCI EBOs and Shoppers Stop SIS locations PAN India.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, retail expansion locations, and strategic tie-ups.
Plan and execute retail promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Store Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all HCI retail formats.
Monitor store performance, product display, inventory, and stock replenishment.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store hygiene.
Coordinate with logistics, service, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries and support.
Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff and promoters to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular reviews, performance monitoring, and team engagement activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Customer Experience & Service
Ensure superior customer experience across all stores.
Handle escalations, customer feedback, and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate product demonstrations and experiential marketing activities.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts.

Analyze store performance, product trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Track competitor activities and market trends for strategic planning.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of retail sales, merchandising, and operations.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail operations or sales (preferably in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or wellness products).
Experience managing SIS/EBO formats or large retail chains (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Croma, Reliance Retail) will be preferred.
Compensation: 5-6LPA
Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
