1.5-3 years experience as Chargeback Analyst / Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in KYC and Account opening

• Knowledge in Change of Address, Issuing Duplicate statements

• Knowledge in reading auditor requests and issuing year end interest statements

• Knowledge in international payments and SWIFT transfers , FX Charges investigation

• Knowledge in standing Order, Direct Debit set ups

• Knowledge in CHAPS , BACS Transfers
