Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will have the opportunity to undergo an internship at HCL during your final year of graduation or post-graduation. This internship is designed for students who are interested in learning about counselling, recruitment, HR processes including interview and document verification, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update the database with various parameters such as eligibility, interest, and exam delivery
- Call candidates and schedule assessments and interviews
- Coordinate with candidates for document submission for offer release and loan process with the bank
- Inform and coordinate with candidates regarding onboarding and scheduling
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your reporting manager or the organization
Qualification Required:

- Education Criteria: MBA Freshers (2024-25 pass-out batch)
