Job Description
- As a Manager Operations/Quality, your role will involve managing operations across Life & Pension sub-processes such as PRSA, ARF, S&I, Claims, and Servicing. You will be leading domain-specific Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for New Business and Servicing, ensuring process adherence, SOP compliance, and quality assurance across delivery teams. Additionally, you will drive training, knowledge management, and SME development using GenAI tools like dC.iKnow and dC.iGenie. Collaboration with Risk & Compliance, Quality, and Transformation teams to ensure 3LoD readiness will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Supporting transition activities including KT, ramp-up, and monitored production, as well as implementing process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency are crucial aspects of this role.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in insurance operations with domain specialization in Life & Pensions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams across multiple locations and process areas.
- Strong understanding of the Irish regulatory landscape and insurance product lifecycle.
- Exposure to transformation tools and automation platforms.
- Proficiency in training, SOP development, and compliance audits.
