JD:
Offshore Vulcan APIM Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve L2 production support incidents for Azure APIM
Should be able to Implement new API&aposs within APIM
Should be ready to work on 24x7 support model involving offshore team and Onsite team
Skills
Strong technical skills in Azure APIM, SPLUNK
Should have good experience in Database (should be good at writing queries)
Experienced in Linux platform and Shell scripts

Should have good troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot production issues, and should possess good technical skills to be able to do permanent code fixes for bugs, work on enhancements and minor development projects
Candidate should possess experience in client facing role
Resource will be required to provide on-call support over weekends and work in EST shift (until 3:30am IST) on roster basis.
