Insurance Sales Officer

What role you will play in team: You’ll play a critical role in promoting and selling insurance products to our valued customers.

What you will do: You’ll meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships and contribute to the bank's overall insurance business.

Key responsibility:

• Identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Presenting and selling various insurance products.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Building rapport with customers and providing excellent service.
• 
  Processing insurance applications efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining updated records and complying with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Graduation is mandatory, preferably in business or finance.
• Proven experience in direct sales, especially in insurance, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

A Day in the Life: You will start your day by planning your sales activities. You'll then reach out to customers, present products and strive to meet your daily sales targets. You'll also maintain your records and make follow-up calls.
