Investment Banking Associate - Structured Finance

What role you will play in team: You will assist senior bankers in structuring and executing complex financing transactions for corporate clients.

What you will do: You will contribute to all aspects of the transaction lifecycle including financial modelling, due diligence, documentation, and closing.

Key responsibility:

• Develop financial models to support the structuring of complex financing transactions
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential borrowers
• Prepare and review legal and financial documentation
• Coordinate with legal, tax and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• 
  Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or structured finance
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
