Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) for wealth management services.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue from current accounts, saving accounts, retail sales, B2C sales, field sales, branch sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to banking products such as insurance policies.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization for cross-selling various financial products.
Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in HNI/NRI segment handling.
- Strong understanding of current & savings account products offered by banks.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with high net worth individuals.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently over time.
