Senior Associate, Private Equity

What role you will play in team: Lead financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution for private equity investments.

Key responsibility:

• Leading financial modeling and valuation efforts
• Conducting in-depth due diligence on investment opportunities
• Developing investment recommendations
• Monitoring and managing portfolio companies

• Investor relations and reporting
• Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in private equity or investment banking
• Expertise in financial modeling and valuation
• Strong understanding of financial statements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
