Associate Manager

What are we looking for:

A potential candidate who can ensure that the vendor delivers on the agreed SLA's and also maintain the regulatory compliance with respect to outsourced vendors providing services to various departments. Along with managing the operations, the individual will have to contribute on making the processes faster and efficient, as well as contribute to collaborate on projects with other team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To evaluate the daily deliverables from the vendors
• To visit vendor location and evaluate if the activities outsourced are being actioned as per agreed SLA's.
• To verify and process the invoices of the vendors.
• To follow up for regulatory compliance requirements from stakeholders and vendors.
• To assist and train stakeholders on the Vendor Management compliance required as per the Outsourcing regulatory guidelines.

Essential conditions:

• Education: Graduation in any Finance / Operations & Banking and Insurance.
• Post-Graduation / MBA will be an added advantage.
• Six Sigma Certification is an advantage

Work exp: 2-4 years

• Aware of case starts and familiar with AML guidelines.
