About the Role:
We are looking for a high- performing Senior Manager - Sales Analytics & Strategy to drive analytics- led transformation across sales channels. The role is ideal for professionals who combine strong analytics skills with engineering rigor and want to build production- ready, scalable analytics solutions that deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive analytics opportunities to improve sales performance and product outcomes

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to define an analytics roadmap
- Translate business problems into structured analytics and data solutions
- Lead end- to- end analytics projects-from design and development to deployment and impact tracking
- Own analytics product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, documentation, release planning, and coordination with engineering teams
- Ensure strong engineering practices, including version- controlled code, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable solution design
- Maintain data quality, robustness, and performance standards
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or business problem solving
- Experience in analytics- driven environments; exposure to financial services, sales, or marketing analytics preferred
- Strong foundation in analytics and data engineering principles
- Hands- on experience with:
a. Python and SQL
b. Source code management (Git)
c. Code push, merge, and review workflows
d. CI/CD concepts for analytics or data pipelines
- Understanding of ML/statistical techniques such as Regression/GLM, Clustering, Decision Trees
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology
- MBA or equivalent management degree is a plus
