Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kurukshetra. The Business Development Manager will focus on generating new business leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting HDFC Pensions NPS schemes. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, conducting client presentations, and working closely with partners to enhance business growth. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes and market trends to better serve clients and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills

    Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver product information and consultative services
  • Ability to understand financial products, pension schemes, and market regulations
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines effectively
