Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Kurukshetra, Ambala and Patiala. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving business targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales initiatives, networking with corporate clients, managing stakeholder relationships, conducting competitor analysis, and creating strategies to expand market reach. The role involves driving revenue growth, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of the Pension Fund and NPS ecosystem

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant certifications would be advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital platforms
• Prior experience in a financial services or pension-related role is a plus
