Job description

We are seeking a senior technology leader with deep expertise in product engineering, platform scalability, cloud-native architecture, AI/ML, and enterprise-grade system design. The ideal candidate will come from a Product-driven or Deep-Tech environment with a strong track record of building and scaling complex technology platforms.

The role requires extensive experience in architecting, solutioning, and deploying secure, scalable enterprise platforms leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies. The individual should be capable of translating advanced AI capabilities into robust, production-ready solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Role Overview

A delivery-centric technology executive responsible for ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure execution of the organizations technology roadmap. This role blends strong operational leadership with strategic technology vision, ensuring business growth is supported by disciplined engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the technology roadmap with predictability and quality.
• Build, scale, and maintain secure, stable, and high-performing systems.
• Establish operational rigor, governance frameworks, and strong engineering best practices.
• Ensure technology initiatives directly support revenue growth, customer success, and business expansion.
  
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies while maintaining delivery excellence as the primary focus.

Technical Expertise

• Deep architectural expertise across Cloud ecosystems, ML/AI solutions, microservices architecture, modern design patterns, and DevOps-driven engineering cultures.
• Demonstrated success in scaling platforms and systems from early-stage to transaction growth.
• Strong awareness of evolving technology trends and their practical application to drive competitive advantage.

Leadership & People Development

• Proven track record of building, structuring, and leading high-performing cross-functional technology teams.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and architects into impactful technology leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Experience:

• Experience in software product development in a leading product-focused company or significant experience in a leading _ reputed Fintech, Banking Product IT services company at technology leadership level is a must.
• Experience in a software engineering leadership role 15-20 years of experience including roles of Tech Arch with execution responsibilities and/or VP Engineering
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams

• Education:

• B.E/B. Tech. from reputed Institutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
