This role is the starting point of a journey that makes a mark at Headout. This role deals with the day to day operations within the Finance team, which makes the organisation run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city.

• Reporting. This role involves sorting data and creating MIS reports that reflect the growth of our business
• Reconciliations. A true finance professional always knows where the money comes in and goes to. This role handles all reconciliations for vendors and inventory
• Analysis. Observing and spotting trends around cash flows

• Develop. Youll have your hands on developing & executing content strategy that aligns with Headouts brand goals & objectives. You will take charge of the content creation process, from concept to publication, ensuring quality and timeliness. You will stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices in content creation.
• Collaborate. You will collaborate with a cross-functional dream team to create and curate content for Headouts digital platforms, including website, email, social media, and more.
• Optimize. You will ensure all content is optimized for search engines and monitor its impact to continuously improve your approach

• Build. You will build content guidelines and frameworks that will cater to brand tonality and voice. You will train and mentor your team of content writers to develop content using those frameworks.
• Lead. You will recruit, lead & retain a world-class team of builders and owners. As a leader, you are a culture carrier.

• You have the right qualifications. You are a semi qualified CA or hold an MBA in Finance
• Youre an experienced player. Youve worked in related fields like accounts, reporting, analytics or reporting for 1-3 years
• Numbers? No sweat. Youre a wizard with MS Excel and numbers dont scare you
