We are looking for a Lead, Taxation to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is integral to the daily operations within the Finance team at Headout, ensuring smooth, efficient processes that keep the organization running seamlessly.

Taxation:

• Prepare and review corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws
• Collaborate with external advisors and tax authorities to resolve complex tax issues
• Manage timely filing and processing of all indirect tax refunds globally
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors for Tax & other FR-related matters
• Manage cross-border tax issues, including transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax, and permanent establishment risks
• Guide tax-efficient structuring of intercompany transactions
• Develop, verify, and implement robust processes and controls for tax-related areas

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparing statutory financial statements in compliance with local laws
• Support audit readiness by ensuring accurate tax-related disclosures and other reporting requirements

• You are a qualified CA with 0-3 years of relevant experience in Taxation
• You are good with Excel. Numbers dont intimidate you; they empower you
• Youre eager to learn and thrive in dynamic environments
