Job Description
- The role of a Software Engineer, Web at Headout involves being a part of a team that builds products and features with a direct impact on users. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing high-performance web applications, collaborating closely with product and design teams, and ensuring smooth operations by addressing any gaps in the development process. This role provides you with an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to building reliable and scalable systems for a global audience.
You will have the chance to build projects from the ground up, taking ownership of features and implementing innovative solutions. Collaboration with experienced developers on various projects, ranging from simple improvements to complex systems, will be a key aspect of this role. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with Git and basic performance optimization is required, along with at least 1 year of frontend development experience, preferably in a startup environment. Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential qualities for this position.
