Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 3+ years experience doing hands on configuration of Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail.
• Present Conference Room Pilot showing Dynamics 365 fit to the Retail customers organization.

• Have a good understanding of architecture and know how Dynamics 365 Retail can work with other Dynamics AX/365 modules and power platform.
• Advise customer organization on Retail Processes & Controls using Dynamics 365 Retail and help minimize gaps between standard Dynamics 365 Retail customers business processes with creative configuration.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Document.
• Prepare functional specification for customizations required for MS Dynamics 365 Retail implementations.

• Provide pre go live and post go live end user support.
• Should be able to handle level 2 issues related to deployment of retail in different topologies (Commerce Scale Unit(Cloud/Self Hosted), Cloud POS, MPOS, Offline DB etc)
