Job Description
Recruitment (80%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for tracking hiring metrics.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and databases.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT, Bulk/ Lateral Hiring).

- Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, and compliance.
- Ability to manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR database.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and HR software.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
